The Exec
There are a distinct lack of names and addresses for Ventures - due to current Scout HQ thinking. The same is true for the Exec.

- Liaison Officer
- We do meet on a regular basis (once in a blue moon normally)
- Meetings last for about 90 minutes normally discussing
- Awards - progress
- Finances
- Recruitment
- Training
- Needs for the Exec, Ventures, and Leaders
- Standards
- Any District and County Info
- The Programme - either reviewing what has gone already, or what is to come
The exec do undergo training, both within the Unit at exec meetings and other times, and via the County Run Getting Organised Course. A highly enjoyable, and informative weekend.
We hold an AGM every year to vote in a new exec, and review the years good points and bad points. See the minutes from this years meeting.
There is a change over period from May to September, with outgoing Exec members meeting and training the new members
